We offer a nice holiday apartment with its own entrance and a spacious balcony to enjoy the morning and afternoon sun with a wonderful view of the Zillertal mountains. The spacious apartment of more than 70 m2 is located on the first floor of our house, which you can use completely by yourself. The apartment is suitable for 2 to 6 persons.

Our house is conveniently located in Schwendau in the holiday region Mayrhofen-Hippach in the beautiful Zillertal. Only 150 m from the house is the stop for the free ski bus. You can reach the Horbergbahn, the closest access to the Mayrhofen-Penken ski area in just 1.5 km and Mayrhofen is just 3 km away. In the immediate vicinity you will find a selection of restaurants and shopping facilities.
